Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations

• Free cancellation: More than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date — full refund.
• Late cancellation (24–48 hours): One night's room charge will be deducted.
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: The full reservation amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rates

Reservations booked at non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified. The full amount is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Group Bookings (5+ rooms)

Group reservations have specific cancellation terms that will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally, group cancellations require at least 14 days' notice.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
• Cash payments will be refunded via bank transfer.
• Refunds are issued in Saudi Riyals (SAR) regardless of the original payment currency.

Modifications

Reservation modifications (date changes, room type changes) are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments. Please contact us as early as possible to modify your booking.

Early Departure

Guests who check out earlier than the reserved dates will be charged for the actual nights stayed plus one additional night as an early departure fee, unless waived by management.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), special cancellation terms may apply. We will work with affected guests to find fair solutions.

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please contact our front desk via phone or email with your reservation confirmation code. You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email.
