Reservation Policy

Booking Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email with a reservation code. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport at check-in. Saudi nationals must provide a valid national ID. This is required by Saudi Ministry of Interior regulations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
  • Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night's stay.
  • No-show: Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full reservation amount.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is accepted via cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, mada), and bank transfer.
  • Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise arranged.
  • All rates are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable VAT (15%).

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect hotel property and other guests. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave if their behavior is disruptive, unlawful, or damaging to hotel property. Any damage caused by guests will be charged to their account.

Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in guest rooms or public areas. Guests are advised to use in-room safes for valuables. The hotel's liability is limited to the extent permitted by Saudi law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
